How can I change my email address?
If you need to change your email address simply login to your account, Select Edit Profile, and then enter a new email address under the My Account section.
Are there any other costs?
No! Other than your subscription service there are no other hidden costs. eJobDone does not make any charge on jobs you do via our site. You can see our prices here.
Are my contact details confidential on the site?
Your contact details are kept confidential at all times and never made public on the site. We only release your contact details once you have accepted a bid on your job, and then we only send them directly to the Trade/Service provider that you have chosen to complete your job.
Do I have to pay to post a job?
No it is absolutely free to register and post a job. The trade/service providers pay ejobdone a low monthly subscription to bid on jobs.
How do I post a job?
You have to register as a consumer on the site to be able to post a job. It is free to register and anyone can, just visit the homepage and select the icon at the top titled Register. Once you have registered look on 'My Profile' and click on 'Post a Job'. Try to include as much information as possible about the job, including uploading photos that may help to explain what you require.
